The Arc Middlesex County is partnering with Raymour & Flanigan, Woodbridge to host a Summer Gala Party on Friday, June 21, 2019 to support people with disabilities. Everyone is welcome to Join Us for a Hot Buffet Lunch, Live Music, Dancing and more! Dress your best! There will be a dance contest and prizes. Participants, families and all community members are welcome. Suggested Donation Amount: $15 per person.
In consideration of being permitted to participate in The Arc Middlesex County's Summer Gala, I hereby, for myself, my heirs and personal representatives, assume any and all risks which might be associated with the event. I further waive, release, discharge and indemnify The Arc Middlesex County, Raymour & Flanigan, Woodbridge, volunteers, sponsors and others associated with this event, from any and all claims for injuries or damages of any kind arising from participating in The Arc Middlesex County's Summer Gala.
I permit The Arc Middlesex County and Raymour & Flanigan the free use of my name and picture in print, video, media, newsletters, reports and social media.
The Arc Middlesex County is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and contributions are tax deductible to the fullest extent allowable by law.
